Undergraduate Assessment Process/Calendar Spring #1 Semester - Student Course Assessment (end of every semester) - Instructor Course Assessment (end of every semester) - CS UG Committe Detailed Course Review (one course every semester) Summer #1 Semester - Recent Alumni Survey - Co-Op/Employer Survey Fall #1 Semester - Student Course Assessment (end of every semester) - Instructor Course Assessment (end of every semester) - CS UG Committe Detailed Course Review (one course every semester) - CS Advisory Committee Feedback - ACM Student Feedback Forum December - Summarize all assessments for the calendar year - Distribute all summaries to Course Managers and Course Instructors with required feedback in January Spring #2 Semester - CS UG Committee reviews all Course Manager/Instructor feedback and makes recommendations for implementations by MAY Summer #2 Semester - Course Managers/Instructors prepare changes Fall #2 Semester - Implementation of changes from Calendar Year #1 Assessment This is an ongoing, overlapping process, new assessments will be done during year #2 while we are working on implementing year #1 changes.
